Wanneer de constructieberekeningen gereed zijn, worden de constructietekeningen gemaakt. Deze tekening visualiseert de stabiliteit van het gebouw. In de tekening worden ook de richting van de balklaag, de vloeroverspanning, het funderingsplan, de verdiepingsvloeren en het kapplan in beeld gebracht.

Het ontwerp van je huis tot leven gebracht
Voordat je iets laat bouwen, heb je al een idee van hoe je wilt dat het eruit komt te zien. Die extra aanbouw: daar past met gemak een grote eettafel in. Het nieuwe bedrijfspand: je weet precies hoe je de ruimtes wil indelen. Met een bestektekening wordt dat idee nog duidelijker. Maar wat als je dat gebouw van voor tot achter nog voor de bouw kan zien?
Dat is wat een 3D-tekening doet. Op basis van de bouwtekeningen en alle wensen wordt er een uiterst realistische 3D-tekening gemaakt. Hiermee krijg je niet alleen een goed beeld van het bouwwerk, maar zie je ook of inderdaad alles uit de verf komt zoals jij dat had bedacht. Zijn de kleuren en de vormen goed? Met een 3D-tekening zie je overzichtelijk en snel of jouw huis of pand helemaal naar wens is. Of dat er toch nog aanpassingen aan het een of ander nodig zijn.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
De voordelen van een 3D-tekening
Met een 3D-tekening krijg je niet alleen meer zicht op hoe het bouwwerk eruit gaat zien. De details en aansluitingen van verschillende bouwonderdelen zijn ook beter inzichtelijk. Het gevolg daarvan is dat faalkosten nagenoeg nihil worden. Ik maak de 3D-tekeningen op basis van alle (bestek)tekeningen. Met deze tekening kan je daarna het bouwwerk eens ‘doorlopen’. Is alles zoals jij het voor je zag? Is er een detail gemist? Wil je toch een raam op een andere plek? Een stopcontact minder zichtbaar? Met behulp van de 3D-tekening is dat makkelijk te bepalen.
Het maakt niet uit wat er gebouwd of verbouwd moet worden. Ik maak 3D-tekeningen voor zowel particulieren als bedrijven.
